KeepsMeSwimming collects account information, club workspace information, swimmer information, parent and guardian relationships, usage data, support communications, and operational data needed to provide the service. We use this information to operate the product, support users, secure accounts, improve workflows, and communicate service updates.
We do not sell personal information. Data sharing should be limited to service providers, club-authorized users, legal requirements, security needs, and other uses described in the final privacy policy.
Terms of service summary
Users must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, follow club rules, and use the service only for lawful swim team, family, and athlete development purposes. Club administrators are responsible for managing authorized users in their workspace.
The service may include beta features, integrations, and third-party content. Final terms should address subscriptions, cancellation, service availability, warranties, liability limits, data rights, and dispute resolution.
Youth data notice
KeepsMeSwimming handles information about youth athletes. Clubs and parents should only enter information they are authorized to provide. The product should minimize sensitive data, restrict access by role, and provide deletion and correction workflows where required.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload unlawful, abusive, harassing, or unsafe content.
- Do not attempt to access another club workspace without authorization.
- Do not misuse sync tools, impersonation, or administrative permissions.
- Do not upload protected health, financial, or unrelated sensitive information unless the final product explicitly supports it.
Training and medical disclaimer
Practice, dryland, and educational content are informational and should be adapted by qualified coaches, parents, or professionals based on swimmer age, ability, health, and supervision needs. The service is not a substitute for medical advice.
